Perth expat and Beyoncé dancer Sarah Burns returns to run Beyoncé Workshops with Janelle Vaccaro’s King Street Dance.
Perth’s own Sarah Burns returns home to Perth to teach Beyoncé Workshops in Jazz Funk, Heels PLUS routines straight from the Beyoncé tour.
Sarah Burns moved from Perth, Australia to Los Angeles six years ago with the dream to travel the world and dance professionally. The majority of those six years Sarah has been working in Los Angeles with Beyoncé. She spent four years with the camp and experienced a lot of creative development, performing in multiple other awards winning productions including the Superbowl, movies and more. She has also performed with Drake, JLo, Janes Addiction, Pitbull and Janelle Monae, just to name a few.
These experiences allowed her to obtain so much knowledge while growing her passion and ability to create, develop and refine artists. She also works with movement for models/actors in professional shoots and campaigns. Sarah’s unique understanding of the body as a dancer in movement based film, tv and photographic situations is an advantage wherever creativity meets the physique.
Sarah returns to teach master classes at King Street Arts Centre on Sunday 20 August 2017.
