Award-winning British contemporary dancer Aakash Odedra is wowing audiences across the globe with his stunning solo performance Rising. A masterclass in choreographic brilliance, Rising features the work of three of the world’s finest choreographers – Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Russell Maliphant and Odedra’s mentor Akram Khan.
Combining an array of dance styles, at once highly technical and poetic, Rising consists of four separate works, each with a distinctly different energy. Be witness to the breadth of Odedra’s remarkable capabilities, from his razor-sharp precision and enviable poise to his mesmerising agility.
