Gudirr Gudirr – Community Performances

FreeMarrugeku will fulfil a long held ambition to bring Gudirr Gudirr, the critically acclaimed, award winning multi-lingual dance and video solo featuring Dalisa Pigram to the West Kimberley and South West regions in April 2016. By turns hesitant, restless, resiliant and angry, Gudirr Gudirr lights a path from a broken past through a fragile present and on to a future still in the making.
Performances will be held in The Arts Centre at Broome Senior High School on the 8th and 9th of April, commencing at 7pm.
Additional free community performances will be held in Fitzroy Crossing on 14-15 April in the Undercover Area at the Fitzroy Valley District High School and at the Mowanjum Art and Culture Centre on 21-22 April.
Mandurah performances will be held at the Fishtrap Theatre, Mandurah Performing Arts Centre from 27-29 April.
