Performing Lines WA present Dark Matter by PRAXIS, part of the main program of the MoveMe Festival.
An ocean of rice covers the floor. Five bodies shape and are shaped by this new and unfamiliar world. Driving sound pushes them further, harder…uniting them and driving them apart. How do you react when you’re in unfamiliar territory?
Dark Matter is a stunning multisensory exploration of human displacement and adaptation. The premiere work from performance makers PRAXIS, Dark Matter is a visceral collision of movement, cutting-edge digital projection, a pulsating live score and one metric tonne of rice.
