The West Australian Ballet (WAB), the State flagship dance company for Western Australia, are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to fill the role of Education Officer and Executive Director.
The Education Officer will be part of the company’s high-achieving Development Team, this role reports to the Education and Access Manager and contributes to the successful coordination and delivery of WAB’s extensive education and access programmes. These programmes include public classes for adults; workshops, presentations and performances for schools; programmes for dance students; and engagement with disadvantaged community groups; both in Perth and across the state.
The second vacancy is for the role of Executive Director. The principal purpose of the position is to ensure that appropriate business, marketing, organisational, people and financial strategies are in place and performing, to enable the company to continue to grow and produce world class ballet productions.
