CIA Industry Workshops – Articulating Your Practice

CIA Studios is hosting a series of industry workshops aimed at supporting artist professional development throughout 2016. These full-day and half-day workshops cover a variety of different skills, from creative coding, making your own puppets and gadgets, video editing and professional writing in an arts context.
ARTICULATING YOUR PRACTICE – December 9, 10am – 1pm
As seen at PICA’s workshops for emerging artists, catch this workshop again at CIA studios. Learn how to write about yourself and your practice for a variety of real-world applications such as pitching proposals, grant applications and artist statements. You’ll come away with a greater understanding about how to write and speak about your work for different audiences.
