Cheers sweetie! It’s time to crack open a bottle of bubbly and call into work sick for the day.
From the inventive mind of award-winning choreographer Scott Elstermann comes Foleyvision, a hilarious mix of contemporary dance and foley inspired by the BBC sitcom Absolutely Fabulous.
A live studio audience is invited behind the scenes of a simulated recording to discover how post-production sound techniques are used to create television magic. Glasses clink, footsteps stomp and clothes rustle in this new work starring three of Perth’s finest performers alongside Elstermann’s signature whip-smart style.
Playful and mischievous, come see the invisible workings of foley made visible – all with fabulous shoes of course. It’s going to be serious fun darling!
