Edward, Constance, Oliver and Theo revel in a fantasy of gothic proportions. In their ever-shifting world of joyful cruelty the only sure things are the rules of the game. But the violence of a half-forgotten war lurks beyond the torchlight, and the surrounding shadows threaten to unleash the darkness within…
Born of classic Gothic novels and visually inspired by early silent films, Parlour Games blends acrobatics, shadow-play and an inventive visual style. This is a funny, playful and disturbing work of physical theatre from Lecoq-trained international company TOOTH+NAIL.
