The Creation of Now is for the children and adults of Denmark to imaginatively explore all that contributes to each moment of our lives. It debates concepts of time, ‘now’ and the action of our creative brains to interpret what happens around us.
Guided by director and choreographer Annette Carmichael, Denmark residents will be encouraged to create a mad, fantastical, magical performance that weaves story, dance and visual art and inspires people to see anew the places in which they live.
This project offers challenges to overcome, skills to be acquired, new experiences to be bravely travelled and stories to be shared. The project will offer children and adults workshops in writing, drawing, dance, theatre and costume creation.
