The Act-Belong-Commit Dance 100 program has been a joint partnership with Healthway that dates back over 10 years. This collaboration has bought many evolutions of the programs offered but we feel that 2019 might just be the best year yet. We are excited to launch a brand new initiative this year, Dance Fit, focusing on dance-inspired fitness classes to get you moving. Healthway are passionate about dance, almost as much as we are! Being active, having a sense of belonging, and having a purpose in life all contribute to happiness and good mental health and wellbeing. Our theme for the 2019 program is that everybody has the ability to dance, with our vibrant range of free classes, workshops and events being catered to people of all ages, abilities and localities.

There never has been an easier opportunity to get involved.
