In a land far away, in a strange forest, an ugly creature lived in misery in a cold, empty castle. He had once been a handsome prince but after a curse from an evil fairy he hid from the world; for who could ever love a hideous animal?
On the outskirts of the forest a beautiful girl lived with her beloved father and her vain and selfish sisters. Travelling through the forest one day, the family is separated and Beauty, lured by the image of a beautiful rose, stumbled upon the castle and its frightening owner.
When only a sacrifice of true love can break the spell, is there hope that a Beauty can ever love a Beast?
The world of fairies, goblins and magic mirrors is brought to life in this immortal story by choreographer David Nixon.
